Solutions POS is now Solutions DGR

point-of-saleYou may have noticed a slight shift in the name of our flagship software. Known formerly as Solutions Point of Sale (POS), we decided after much thought that our product would be described more accurately as Solutions Donated Goods Retail (DGR). This change not only better describes what our product is, but it also describes what it is for, and better resonates with the Goodwills that need it.

While our Solutions POS product still exists, what we are able to help you with goes far beyond the point of sale. Solutions POS is just one of several spokes to what is the Solutions DGR wheel. By shifting the name of the product, our goal is to make it much clearer how Solutions DGR can help you accomplish your mission.

With Solutions DGR, we can integrate right into your point of sale and production processes, as well as provide detailed reporting and analytics. Additionally, we can provide donation data management so you can trace the value of your donors. All of these processes work together to increase your revenue on each transaction, lower your cost of operations, and give you the analytics information you need to make the best possible decisions.

We designed Solutions DGR specifically for Goodwill with the goal to make each organization more effective in carrying out their mission. Solutions DGR is by Goodwill, for Goodwill. Solutions ITW News

By Goodwill. For Goodwill.

Our commitment to our Goodwill partners is evident in every facet of our business, but can be summed up by simply saying, “Whatever you need, we want to help.”

Our partners trust us to deliver more than just software and customer support. We’ve been challenged at times to deliver solutions that fall well outside the box of our normal business in order to help a Goodwill in need, but here we are over a decade later, and we haven’t lost a partner yet.
